Ordering

What size should I buy?

All our products tend to be true to size! And a tiny bit bigger as cotton tends to shrink when you wash it!

** NOTE: our Frill Rompers run a whole size small. So sorry, we had a mis communication with our manufacturer. OOPS! It happens, but everything else about it is the cutest and comfiest so definitely try it out. And don't forget, we don't mind returns or exhanges.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Just reach out via your confirmation email and we will work with you on cancelling, or altering your order!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping Details & Policy

We do our best to ship within 3 days of your order! However, once it is in the hands of the Post Office, the shipment (in many ways) is out of our hands! 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping Rate Details

All shipping rates options should be displayed to you at your checkout! These are real time rates pulled from UPS, USPS and perspective international shipment affiliates. With the current economic times, it has been SO hard for us to offer free shipping on our cute little baby and toddler goodies. BUT the goal is to eventually offer free shipping. The more we grow, the more we will be able to expand and be able to provide this feature! So don't forget to spread the word and support our growth :) 

Return Policy

We do have a return policy located at the bottom of our website. Essentially it is a 30 day return policy but unless there is a particular situation, we do not take returns if they have been worn and tags are not in tact! But we do read every message and every situation is looked at uniquely. So you will be in good hands.

Dye Drop Care Instructions

A common question is "Can I wash the specialty custom dyed goods normally?" The short answer is yes! We us a special process that prevents dyes from leaking out into the wash and staining other clothes. That said, it is also best to wash it the first time in cold water. After that it should be good! Please note that in the sun the colors may fade. But we think that adds natural charm! 

Where does the cotton come from?

India and China! Did you know that India, China and Middle America are the top cotton providers in the world? It's not because they are trying to capitalize on making money, it's because they have the ideal humid weather to grow cotton! For two years we searched for the most ethical sources of Cotton. While difficult, we never stopped searching and have loved working with our manufacturers and GTOS Certification to ensure top quality and truly 100% organic cotton. 

Leather Play Mat Care Instruction

Our Leather Play mat is weather proof! It is fine to place on sand, wet grass, or dirt!

That's because it is so easy to clean! You just need a damp cloth. Or you can use a spray and/soap to clean off the messy lunch messes.

Portable Mat Care Instructions

It is machine washable! Stick it in the washer and place in the dryer on low. Don't forget, it is 100% organic cotton so it will shrink! Putting the dryer setting on low allows for minimal shrink.
